7. Segment your Email List

Segmentation helps you also split your subscribers’ database into customized categories. The email algorithm does this based on your subscribers’ preferences, interests, and behavior. Instead of churning out generic emails to everyone on your list and risk losing subscribers, segmentation helps you determine who to send what and the perfect time to send it. There are also different ways this can be done. One of them is creating lead magnets and opt-in forms. Alternatively, email marketing allows you to segment your lift by contact data and behavior. This helps you run effective email campaigns.

8. Use Email Automation

As your subscribers’ database move from just a handful and continues to expand and it also becomes impossible to keep up or respond individually to them.
